Hotel definitely needs security or at least some tentative staff. Disappointed Room was nice size and clean. The desk clerk when we signed in was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was the size of a closet. We had a junk car with graffiti and flat tires outside our room. Doesn't look like it has moved in weeks. The vending machines did not accept cash or credit card on our floor. The office was to own at 6 am but the doors were not opened until 6:15. We spent that time in chilling weather. Upon arrival the clerk stated "she was waiting for her shift to end " We have canceled our return reservation to find another hotel. Bad The only plus side, this hotel was close to SeaWorld. Front desk check in person was rude and not friendly. Room didn't have hot water, house keeping was unavailable, even to bring us towels to shower. For 2 days, there was a growing pile of trash, when front desk was notified, we expected it to be taken care of. Nope, it wasn't. There was more trash being added. Overall, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and it's upsetting because money was spent to stay there and it was not a nice experience.
